Want us to add redeem codes for a game we don't cover yet? Email the game name and we'll check if it has an active redeem code system. Not all games do — some only give rewards through in-game events or mail, not redeem codes. We only add games where codes are officially distributed by the publisher.
"Why did my code stop working?" Game publishers set expiry dates on codes — we don't control this. Codes from special events, livestreams, or patch days often expire within 24-72 hours. Codes from longer promotions may last weeks or months. Check the "Last Updated" date on the game's page.
"Can you get codes for [game]?" Only if the publisher officially releases them. Some games (like Genshin Impact and Star Rail) release codes regularly through livestreams and events. Others (like many indie games) don't use redeem code systems at all. We can't create codes — we can only verify and share what publishers release.
"The code works but I didn't get the rewards." Check your in-game mailbox — many games deliver rewards there, not directly to your inventory. Also verify you're on the right server and platform. If the code was accepted but rewards didn't appear, that's a game bug, not a code issue — contact the game's support team.
